Operations Executive (Import & Export)

Seeking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage import and export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient international trade processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the smooth delivery of rubber belts and spare parts to customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily import and export activities, including shipment coordination, booking arrangements, and preparation of shipping documents.
• Prepare, review, and verify trade documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other related documents.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and internal operational policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely submission of all trade-related documentation.
• Work closely with sales and procurement teams to align shipment timelines with operational and business requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within the automotive, industrial, or agricultural spare parts industry.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred to facilitate communication with stakeholders from China.
