PCBA Production Manager

Job Summary

• Responsible for the overall daily operations and management of the PCBA production department.
• Ensure production processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards.
• Coordinate production planning, quality control, team management, and cost control activities.
• Optimize production workflows to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Ensure products comply with customer requirements, industry standards, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production plans to ensure timely and high-quality order delivery.
• Manage the complete production process, including:
  • SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
  • MI (Made-in-the-Shell)
  • Testing
  • Coating
• Maintain and improve the quality management system to meet product and industry requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and train the production team to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.
• Monitor and control production costs, including materials, labor, and equipment maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; experienced diploma holders may also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing production management.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SMT
  • Wave soldering
  • Testing and repair
  • Coating processes
• Familiar with ERP and MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and proactively learn new knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Working Conditions

• Location: Johor (current workplace in Pasir Gudang; relocation to Senai from April 2027).
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Salary Range: RM10,000 – RM15,000.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is required for business communication.
• Candidates below 50 years old are preferred.
