Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in both local and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
• Regularly follow up on quotations, proposals, and ongoing sales opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals while maintaining long-term client relationships
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
• Able to be based either in Johor or Kuala Lumpur

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial, engineering, technical, or technology-related industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced working environment
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an added advantage
