Jod Description:
* Pre-Sales Support: Assist HOD with NPI, product demostrations, technical discussions, and product evaluations.
* Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to clients by troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues, either remotely or on-site.
* Customer Relationship Management: Bulid and maintain strong relationships with customer, acting as a technical liaison between the customer and the company.
* Product Customization: Customize New Products to meet the specific needs of customers, based on their business process.
* Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation.
* Training and presentations: Conduct training sessions or presentations for clients on the usage of products.
* Collaboration with Cross Functional Teams: Work closely with the teams for order status, production & quality issue, shipment and other. To achieve On-Time Delivery, Fulfil Customer Demands.
* Lead and work with procurement, engineering and related team for Product Improvement, Localisation and cost Saving.
Bais Qualifications / Requirements:
* Process at least Bachelos's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
* Good in Engilish & Mandarin written and verbal communications.
* Overseas Travelling will be required upon request.
* Independent, multitask, energetic, minimum supervision.
* Fresh Graduate or Experience are welcome to apply.
