DETAILED DESCRIPTION

a) To monitor all production activities for all the plants above.

b) To monitor product quality within the specification

c) Records and data keeping for all reference

d) To coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all product meet the shipment schedule.

e) To optimise plant operation in order to meet plant target and KPI

f) To implement and write out work instruction whenever necessary

g) lmplement ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP, make sure all paper work in order

h) Trouble shooting in all the Plants above, either in plant equipment or product quality i) Overall control of utilization of manpower

i) To initiate upgrading and maintenance of all the Plants above to improve plant performance and make sure plant in smooth running

k) To ensure safe operation of all the Plants above

l) To maintain plant cleanliness and housekeeping

m) To prepare all the monthly performance report for management review

n) Routine check of plant and storage tank condition

o) Ensure GMP in place and in good order

p) Prepare for call back during plant commissioning and breakdown

q) To train and develop plant personal with working and personal skill. To analyse the training needs and work out the training program

r) To minimise wastage of energy and utilities

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 5-7 years working experience in manufacturing industry in prefereable from palm oil /food industry with strong management skills.

2. Strong knowledge in HACCP and Food Safety Standards.

3. A logical and methodical approach with good analytical and practical skills

4. Good interpersonal skills and an adaptable approach to management.

5. Good communication skill, team player, and objective-driven.
