RETAIL ASSOCIATES 

• Basic salary S00-S00 [Base on experience] +Commission (Personal and Group)

Retail Hours

• Monday to Sunday : 10am-9pm or 10pm ;10.30am-9 or 10pm [based on location]  
• Works 5.5 days (44 hours per week)
• 6 off days per month

1. Prefer Chinese with good in English communication skill

Job Responsibilities:

– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

– Maintain outstanding store condition

– Maintain a fully stocked store

– Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

– Recommend and display items that match customer needs

– Welcome and greet customers

– Keep up to date with product information

– To assist in maintaining the customer records in the outlet.

Requirements:

– At least 1 – 2 years of retail experience (luxury brands preferred)

– Good communication skills

– Sales driven and goals oriented

– Good understanding of luxury market and practices

– Good customer service and selling skills

– Ability to converse in both English and Mother Tongue is an advantage.
