BAKER

  Monday- Friday OR Tuesday – Saturday

• Location = Senoko
• Off day on Saturday & Sunday  OR Sunday & Monday

• After 3 months probation :

  -Annual Leave : 7 days (max : 14 days)

  -Medical Leave : 14 days

  -Hospitality Leave : 60 days

• Open Race (Halal factory)
• Prefer male candidate.
• Prefer with 1-2 years Café or F&B work experience

Job Description :

• Minimum 1 year experience in professional kitchen
• Experience in either Cake/Pastry or Bread
• Production for a range of bakery products
• Mixing, cutting, shaping, proofing, baking of dough, including European bakes, yeasted breads and laminated products
• Mixing, baking, layering, frosting and decorating for cakes, tarts and other pastry products
• Preparation of fillings and toppings for bread and cakes
• Preparation of mise-en-place, maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned from management

Personality and Competencies/Skills:

• Passionate in baking
• Ability to work as a team and have a willingness to learn
• Able to work shifts in a 5 day work week
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
