C1: Support of the sales team in organizing and attending sales events
 Update of contacts & Customer relationship activity in Salesforce (a CRM system)
 Follow-up on clients inquiry (before sales and after sales)
 Preparing quotation/agreement and contract management
 Assist the BDM to maintain client relationship with existing clients by regular follow-up visits, Query & issue gathering
 Follow up with Clients on a regular basis for SOA, pending payments
 Support sales account manager to develop new customer base by tender participation, cold calls & Introductory e-mails, etc
 Support sales team for weekly report/monthly report or clients analysis


C2: Follow up activity with Client for Projects
 Follow up activity with Client for Project Updates & liaison with Operations team
 Co-ordinating with sub-contractors for tendering and pricing negotiations
 Arrange DHL or partner for Samples collection, follow-up on samples testing, reporting if necessary
 Take action for ON-HOLD samples
 Arrange sampling kit/product delivery
 Submit the invoicing application to account when the project is completed
 Operation for MEIMS (Lab testing software) and SAP (sales module only)


C3: Liaison with Marketing for Realizing the companies digital marketing strategy (e.g. Brochures, Marketing tools, Presentation content, conferences) 


C4: Admin works and support sales team for some documents filling, reporting, presentation, etc
