Job Purpose/Role
Provide System Administration and BAU support on Cloud, Virtualization, OS and backup, which focus on below areas.
• Supporting day-to-day operation. Incidents, Changes, Service request
• Supporting project to install new VM, servers and tools.
• Root cause analysis and proactively prevent problems
• Create custom scripts to automate support processes where applicable

Key responsibilities/What you do
• Supporting incidents, changes and service requests in Cloud, Virtualization, OS, backup tools
• Provide 24×7 on-call support in case of incident
• Perform server patching and hardening
• Perform root cause analysis
• Proactively work to prevent incidents
• Create custom scripts to automate support processes where applicable
• Log incident tickets and escalate to related person (In case, critical incident) for ensure issues are resolved following SLA agreement
with business
• Backup and Restore management include configuration, test and execute when require any restore task
• Configure Disaster recovery following design and test DR by yearly basis to ensure DR plan work properly
• Prepare reports related to server and backup management
• Develop related technical documentations
• Provisioning new resources and configure VM, Operating System and infrastructure tools
• Attend meeting related topics with internal team and client
• Follow AZT and client working policy

Key requirement /What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or related field
• 3+ years experiences in System Administration
• Working Knowledge of Virtualization, Windows, Linux, backup software and Cloud
• Working knowledge of ITIL is a plus
• Ability to develop automation scripts
• Experience working with security standards
• Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills
• High learning agility to keep up with ever changing business needs
• Demonstrable high level of intellectual curiosity, external perspective and innovation interest
• Good communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
• Possess a “Can Do” attitude, with a view to moving the business forward.
