Working Day : 6 days’ work
Working hours : Mon – Fri :  8:30am – 6:30pm
                                : Saturday :  8:30am – 6:00pm
Remarks  : Open race (but prefer Chinese)
                
Job Description :
In charge for local and overseas purchase
To store parts in new bought  Modular System
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Perform inventory management assignments, including both ongoing and annual physical inventory tasks which includes data entry in ERP system
Maintain an inventory of supplies required for the operation
Create Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to carry out routine tasks safely and efficiently
Routine Maintenance on Material movement equipment’s, following up on all regulatory requirements for storage activities.
Risk Assessment leader for Warehouse activities
Possess valid forklift driving license

Education/Experience/Skills:
Min Nitec / Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or any related field
Computer skills, data entry
Lift truck / order picker / material handling equipment operation
Basic math (arithmetic)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to work independently and follow standard procedures with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to work in a very detail-oriented team environment
Demonstrated compliance with material handling safety procedures
Flexibility to manage frequently changing priorities and assignments
Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing and manufacturing environment
