• To plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media platforms, display advertising and website.
• To maintain the social media presence across all digital channels.
• To generate quality leads through social media advertisements.
• To collaborate with system provider.
• To contribute in developing project video.
• To manage marketing collateral.
• To conduct market survey.
• To collaborate with sales team to develop marketing tools.
• To assists in events or roadshow as and when needed.

• Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications with digital media experiences.
• Possess technical skills on digital marketing.
• Experience in property industry is an added advantage.
• Strong command in written and oral English and Mandarin language.
• Savvy with social media and like to step-up into new media technology.
• Knowledge and skills in digital design and video editing software.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. When required.
• Possess own transport.
• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by superiors.
• Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa
