JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead & Manage the Finance Team
- Accounting (Supervision)
- Finance & Operational Reporting
- Budgeting and Forecast Report
- Cashflow Administration (Supervision)
The most important daily tasks and responsibilities
Accounting
- Ensure timely financial reporting
- Ensure finance and operation reporting (FO) in line with the Group
- Ensure annual business planning/expenses budget and progress control
- To release order confirmation from customer based on internal checks on overdues/outstanding debts
- To approve sundry supplier billing that without PR (except related to Operations/R&D/HR which HODs has to verify/approve)
Finance & Operational Reporting
- Ensure proper monitoring of all functions and correcting actions
- Ensure proper and maintain a good filling system
- Ensure proper works procedures and align with Teknos GroupGuidelines and Policies
Cashflow Administration
- Ensure monthly payment and collection schedule on maturity dates
- Setting priorities for payments to creditors
- Closely work with CS on customer collection
- Closely monitoring and ensure having sufficient cash flow available for business operating needs
Personnel Administration
- Conduct regular progress review meetings with subordinates
- Motivate and coach subordinates, ensuring a learning curve for the organization
- Monitor and align the professional development and compensation of subordinates in collaboration with the General Management
Management of Subordinates
- Ensure proper and accurate pursuit of all administrative tasks such as:
- Maintenance of insurance coverage (General/Public Liability, Liability on leased assets and/or premises, Product Liability
insurance, etc.)
- Fulfilment of contractual obligations (lease agreements etc.)

REQUIREMENT
- Min 10 years’ relevant experience preferably in international company as Finance Manager.
- Experience as Finance Manager in Finance Dept.
- Experience in wood based and chemical industry would be of added advantage.
- Degree in related field and or other.
