A 22 years recruitment company looking for an Asst Recruitment / Fulfilment / Operations Manager to manage its Contingent Workforce Unit / Outsource Manpower Unit for it clients mainly MNCs, Manufacturing, Retail and GLC etc

Pre-requisite experience :
• Working experience in the recruitment of factory operators, service workers, retail workers, etc. is required.
• Specialised in the recruitment of local workers and managing them.
1. To manage our clients from manufacturing, retail, service, GLC etc.,
2. To plan daily / weekly/monthly fulfilment of manpower requisition
3. To handle daily/weekly/monthly employee matters and retention planning.
4. To monitor daily/weekly/monthly employee attendance.
5. To do a site visit and attend the meeting at the client's place as needed.
6. Manage and supervise direct reporting staff, their planning and performance.
7. Keep proper record keeping and update daily.
8. Implement a recruitment system on apps based.
9. Implement policies and procedures as required by JTK or Clients.
10. Train new recruiters as and when needed.
11. Troubleshoot employee and client issues.
12. Reporting to the management of the progress and client as required.
13. Working out a recruitment plan and media plan adequate for the unit.
14. Prepare resource planning and share a new initiative.
15. Implement digital-based work culture.
16. Work with local universities and colleges to get manpower and internship planning.
• Qualification – Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
