Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage schedule of your team (3 staff)
  • Source and in charge of part timer for actual day event operation
  • Assist Planner in event operations (Wedding & Corporate event)
  • Operation of AV/PA for the event
  • Set up chairs & tables for event
  • Assist program coordination with planners & vendors for event
  • Take care of stock
  • Filing and sorting of documents
  • Photocopying and email correspondence
  • Purchase of some office supplies and items for event
  • Other event and office miscellaneous duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements :  

  • Prefer with event experience at hotel or event company.
  • ​Required to handle bulky/heavy items i.e moving of tables & chairs from one place to another
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide alternative solutions quickly
  • Responsible and meticulous team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to learn
  • Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays
