• Execute supply chain deliverables across a complex multi-product multi-customer supply chains in an effective and cost conscious manner
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies in key areas to achieve the most cost- effective and cost efficient approach, optimizing between price, MOQ and inventory related cost.
• Monitor and deliver KPIs for Balance Score Card reporting such as forecast accuracy, On Time Production, inventory levels, stock outs, material liabilities etc
• Hire, coach and develop a capable team
• Develop incoming and outgoing shipping partners/LSPs. Provide options for different air/sea shipment vendors to meet various requirements
• Ensure inventory integrity with minimal Book To Physical
• Knowledge of License Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) procedures will be advantageous

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in a MNC/EMS environment.
• Good knowledge, network and working experience with Asia region suppliers.
• Good Microsoft knowledge in presentation and excel skill including pivot table, v-lookup and use of formula to tabulate data.
