Responsibilities:

• Apart from managing and executing day to day operational and sales activities, he/she shall manage a team of salesman and provide strategic leadership and coaching in order to achieve sales figures and business objectives.
• Meeting with sales team to discuss, plan and implement objectives for achieving monthly sales targets.
• Hiring and monitoring the performance of sales staff from time to time.
• Working closely with marketing team on making recommendations for short- & long-range promotional activities.
• To resolve customer complaint(s) within reasonable lead time.
• To monitor customer vehicle registration status, delivery, insurance, inspection, and other functions with the relevant authority.

Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
•  At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
•  Result-oriented, assertive and willing to take challenges to achieve sales targets.
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication with good leadership.
• Independent and resourceful.
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and age below 50yrs 

Salary: RM5000 (Basic) + incentive
