Responsibilities: 

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and execute sales plan that expands company’s addressable market segment and ensure its strong presence
• Cultivate new customers and new business in existing customers
• Define good business and marketing objective, plan and achieve the objective
• Responsible in maintaining and improving relationships with the customers
• Understand customers packaging development, work with factory to prepare our product and R&D strategy to match with customers roadmap
• Monitors and analyzes competitors’ movement

Requirements

• Engineering Degree/Business Degree holder and has experience in semiconductor sale and marketing /manufacturing/Product Development
• At least 5 years experiences in managing sales team
• Possesses high analytical mind
• Good communication skills in both written and oral
• Result oriented mindset, able to define and achieve defined business target for new customer and new market segment cultivation
• Self-motivated, open mindset, able to transform crisis to opportunities
• Willing to travel when needed
