- Carry out daily checking-implementation for production machine performances and process stability.
- Perform trouble shooting, improving of production quality.
- Assist in cleaning of hot tip, heater manifold etc.
- Maintain all spare parts and accesories in storage area.
- Maintain good housekeeping at work area and machinery area.
- Report to supervisor immediately if found damages to mould, machinery and equipment.
- Lead and guide set up man.
- Perform any job as and when requested by superior.
- To maintain efficiency, Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping and safety in the production space.
- To work out and follow up closely with production leader and operators to achive production goal-AchieveProduct yield 95% and reject rate less than 3% to 5%.
