IT Executive/ Senior IT Officer:

• Ensure IT Infrastructure and systems are properly and regularly maintained
• Lead and support IT implementation of new project/system and conduct IT training when required
• Provide technical support for hardware (printers, desktop, laptop, drivers, monitors, cabling, network system etc.)
• Troubleshooting and programming on ERP/MES system
• Manage daily backup jobs and performing periodical restoration jobs
• Update and maintain the IP Networking setting
• Develop and ensure that IT policies and procedures are followed and comply with company’s policies and standards
• Review and maintain knowledge on all newly purchased and existing supported desktop/laptop software, hardware and systems

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
• Good technical knowledge in networking concepts
• Knowledge in common protocols like HTTP, FTP, IPX, etc
• Able to provide system administration and maintenance support for Microsoft Operating Systems, MS office 2000/XP/Vista/Windows, installation and operating
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with strong analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills
• Independent, pro-active and resourceful work attitude
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience inf MRP, ERP & MES system development/administration will be an added advantage

Basic Salary: RM2500 – RM3500 (depend on experience)
