Oversee Production activity full cycle- Production Planning, shop floor management and process productivity and quality improvement |

2 |
Setting up new production equipment to ensure that it is working properly |
||||
|
3 |
Overseeing the implementation of new technologies or processes in order to improve efficiency |
||||
|
4 |
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets |
||||
|
5 |
Lead team of Production Supervisor and Engineers which covers wire harness, PCBA and Sheet Metal operation |
||||
|
6 |
Reviewing schedules and making adjustment to ensure that deadlines are met |
||||
|
7 |
Lead improvement projects for production to improve quality and productivity |
||||
|
8 |
Able to forecast and analyze complex data and trends to formulate development plans in manufacturing team |
||||
|
9 |
Any other ad-hoc project as assigned |
||||
|
JOB REQUIREMENT |
|||||
|
1 |
Candidate must possess at least Degree or equivalent studies for Engineering on Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or related Quality Engineering course of study |
||||
|
2 |
Minimum 7 years of experience in running production related manufacturing industry(Contract Manufacturer/ Electronic Manufacturing services/ Wire Harness) |
||||
|
3 |
Experience in managerial role in manufacturing/ production operations |
||||
|
4 |
Candidate with more experience in manufacturing operation will be consider for different managerial role |
||||
|
5 |
Team player with good working attitude |
