Job Description

  • Update detail report & IFCA system in an accurate & timely manner.
  • Liaise with Agency on the Sales & Loan Documents
  • Liaise with the Solicitors for SPA & LA
  • Ensure the flow of documents are smooth
  • All payment receivables from debtors are collected on time.
  • Forecast collection for every month and revise if required.
  • Send the required weekly report to the Management and ensure the information are accurate.
  • Ensure the validity of APDL is valid all the time.
  • Prepare & ensure all documents are in order for vacant possession before ccc.
  • Attend to purchaser's query
  • Any assignment as deemed fit & necessary by the Management.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably with working experience in PROPERTY DIVISION.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate, preferably with Knowledge of IFCA system and MS Office
  • Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru Area and travelling as request
