Job Purpose

1. Responsible in carrying out tasks related to the training management of the EduCity Academy

2. Take a lead for training development needs, and for planning, organizing, evaluation and overseeing training

3. Responsible in managing essential stakeholders pertaining to product offerings

Training Course development, design process, evaluate course design √

Key Activities


1. To prepare and execute budget Management – Operating Expenses (OPEX) & Cost of Sales (COS)

2. To monitor and arrange to meet the target revenue


1. Identify and conceptualise new training programme – Proposal and securing the business

2. Stake holder Management- Maintaining good relationships with the people have most impacted on EduCity’s deliverables

3. To constantly update with initiatives related to grant for training, upskilling and talent development (e.g PENJANA)

Operational Excellence

1. Operationalisation of trainings, grant management project – Operation, grant management, marketing, recruitment, and industry engagement

2. Operationalisation of Training Contents – Oversee the creating and selection of the training contents. Monitor and evaluates the effectiveness of training programme using Kirkpatrick model

3. Prepare and get approval for all post-training reports

4. PMO – Provide Project Management support for identified training programme/ organisation

5. Legal and Standard Operating Procedure – To implement the projects and tasks according to the SOP and according to the legal agreement. Learning and Growth

1. Internal/External Development Programmes focusing on technical/operational competencies)

2. Talent Management- To coach, mentor and prepare the talents at EduCity in executing tasks/project and better understanding on their responsibilities and deliverables

Special Projects

1. Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by Superior

2. Coordinating with other EduCity team to execute events/projects

Note: Incumbent is also expected to carry out other duties as required by superior and Senior Management of IIB
