Learn and oversee the following departments:
- Office as a whole
- Data Entry
- LMW Licence/Business Renewals/Customs Department/ and Liaising with other government agencies
- Load payments and authorise cheque payments as required
- Sourcing of consumables ensuring competitive pricing and quality
- Liaising with logistics companies for shipping schedules, rates and competitive terms.
- Ensure seamless daily output of office and communication with customers.
- Required to learn all roles of the office and be able to step in and help process work during leaves of absence by other employees.
- Work as part of the larger team dealing directly with Higher Management, Plant Manager, Production Manager, QA, Warehouse to ensure office is running seamlessly and following procedures.
