IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER [ KUALA LUMPUR ]
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Implementation Project Manager is to lead and drive a
successful implementation, meeting timelines and budget requirements.
The manager coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project
plans and communicates status to all relevant stakeholders.
Assuming the role of a single point of communication between customers and internal team.
Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify, analyse and find resolution to issues.
Able to prioritize and manage concurrently running projects.
Establish a good working relationship with customers and internal commercial and technical
teams.
Additionally, the manager often works with external vendors as needed and travels on-site
to client meetings.
Ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory
requirements is another responsibility.
Prepare technical documentations for submission in relation to project implementation.
Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice
that are aligned with the customers' demands
Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
Able to handle project management tools such as MS-Project eg Gantt chart.
Strong working and technical knowledge in IT networks and applications.
Candidate must be independent, have proactive working attitude, passionate and resultsoriented,
and a strong desire to succeed.
Strong communication skills – both written, oral and presentation in English and Bahasa
Malaysia.
Great interpersonal, self-motivated and customer-focused with outgoing personality and
analytical mind.
