Responsibilities:

•         Ensure Production meets delivery requirements.
•         Perform job inspection and provide guidance to new workers.
•         Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the schedule on job loading and machine planning.
•         Ensure proper machining set-up & identify machine for servicing/ repair if necessary
•         Investigate the root cause of non-conformance, and recommend corrective actions and measures
•         Provide administrate support for production
•         Emphasize good 5S and proper housekeeping on the production floor

Requirements:

•         Minimum GCE “O” Level and above
•         With 2 to 4 years in Team Lead or Supervisor role
•         At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the Cables Industry required
•         Must be able to perform shifts
•         Able to work overtime

• Remuneration commensurate with experience (Singaporean and PR will naturally draw higher package) and candidate can expect a salary ranging from SGD1,800 to SGD2,600
