Description of Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible to manage and to administer HR Department
  • Responsible HR Business Partner in achieving tasks assigned by Global HRBP such as Workforce Planning and People Development (training/capability)
  • Responsible to analyze, plan, develop, implement and execute policies towards achieving company and department goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and delegating jobs to respective subordinates.
  • Manage Human Resource Management, Employee Development, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and General Affairs
  • Responsible to ensure implement and compliance of the QEHS & RBA Management system and associated programs. He or she are also responsible to make decision and approval for executing organizational plans which comply with the RBA policies.

  • Proactively identify country, site and functional minor and major OFI projects.
  • Proactively carry out project management at the country, site and functional levels.
  • Demonstrate active interest in strategic and operational HR issues and concerns.
  • Clear understanding of HR actions at country HR levels.

  • Lead by example
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa with all levels of employees
  • Self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Possess initiative and creativity.

Abilities: (natural talents or developed proficiencies, aptitudes)

  • Ability to lead and chair cross functional HR projects (and show potential for regional capacity).
  • Ability to develop HR roadmaps (with regional and country mindset).
