Position: Engineering Manager

Department: Engineering

Report To: Operation Manager & Plant Director

Subordinate: Engineers, Snr/Technician

Competency Requirements

Education: • Degree in Engineering

Experience: • At least 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing (at least in Senior Engineering Role)

General Competency (Skills ,Knowledge And Ability)

– Ability to optimize cross functional objectives

•- Familiar with most core process from operations, forecasting, planning,production to delivery

•- Demonstrates discipline in timely execution of tasks

•- Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes

•- Good manufacturing practices, leadership skills, communication skills, presentation skills, Good analytical skills

Duties & Responsibilities on a regular basis

1 Responsible for Planning, Organizing & Managing of the Engineering Team daily operation and readiness.

2 Ensure the required Preventive Maintenances is carried out based on plan.

3 Manage and Schedule deployment of Engineering team & Equipment.

4 Ensure machine up time is met.

5 Ensure product meets all quality & technical specification set by customer.

6 Improve efficiency and service levels, minimize operating costs, and ensure that all works are performed in compliance with standard procedures and safety regulations. Meeting all external requirements such as ISO9001 QMS, Customer, Corporate, etc.

7 Must be able to manage project independently or with minimum supervision

8 Project implementation and management

9 Correspond with clients and suppliers

10 Drive engineering excellence activities

11 Spare Part Management

12 Ensure compliance to ISO9001/14001 and 27001 policies and standards

13 Ensure compliance to RBA policies and standards

14 Any other reasonable task assigned by superior or management
