HR EXECUTIVE [ ULU TIRAM ]
Higher Secondary/ Pre-U/ A Level
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including payroll, recruitment,
compensation, training and other HR matter
Compile OT report from all department and prepare weekly overtime report for Director.
Manage the recruitment cycle from the start to offer management
Implement and monitoring Human Resources programs, policies and procedures
Involve in all disciplinary issues and ensure in compliance with Labor Law & Employment Act
Responsible for worker disciplinary matters
Responsible for foreign worker management, new application / renewal work permit, Fomema,
Arrangement of accommodation and foreign worker hostel management.
Liaise with government department and private institutions pertaining to HR
Ensure all HR processes and documents are properly maintained
Facilitating employee engagement activities, staff welfare etc.
Being up-to-date and compliant with regulatory Covid-19 Workplace Management
Company Headcounts (Local: 50± ; Foreign Workers: 100±)
Requirements : –
3 + year(s) of practical experience in Human Resource field
SPM / Diploma or above in Human Resource or any relevant field
Working experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage
Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia & English communication skills
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Preferred Age: < 40 years old
