Job Requirements,

• Professional Certificate or diploma holder.
• Minimum 2 years’ manufacturing industry working experience.
• Experienced on box built will be priority.
• Experienced on PCBA product will be consider as well.
• Able to work under shift rotation.

Job scopes,

• Manage a team of operators in term of work related issues, development program and welfare matters.
• Manage and facilitate line leader.
• Drive for zero DPPM for OBA.
• Meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Meet daily product yield and Equipment uptime.
• Conduct daily conversion meeting and weekly schedule meeting with PPC and support group.
• Meet rework/scrap costs.
• Meet all products timelines as required by production planner.
• Establish cross-functional training program for all levels of operators to meet all products timelines requirements.
• Interact with operator in the weekly basis.
• Plan and carry out rework activities.
• Raise and track RFI (Request For Investigation) on process/test/design issues.
• Meet EHS (Environmental, health and Safety), ISO and 5S requirements.
