Roles and responsibilities 

  • Managing and updating department databases
  • keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies 
  • Drafting and mailing internal and external correspondence
  • performing other duties as assigned 
  • Internal training arrangement for Operation Team

Requirements

 

  • SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in business administratIon, operation management or a related 
  • 1+ years of experience as an Operations Administrator or a similar position
  • Strong organizational and administrative skils,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skil
  • Ability to multitask.
