Responsibilities:

• To approach and bring in potential new clients to grow the company brand across Asia.
• Planning and overseeing new sales initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
• You may have a single role in the organisation or lead a team of staff. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.
• Support/overseeing campaign/projects locally and regionally that are directly related to revenue generation activities including: origination, execution, tracking and reporting.
• Liaise with Digital Marketing department to support the direction and goals for increasing the organisation’s profitability.
• Work with Digital Marketing department to plan and develop go-to-market strategies and execute on marketing initiatives to deliver results.
• Work closely with other related departments to ensure effective sales, marketing and communications.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Manage Google AdWords campaigns.

• Handle sales related matter i.e. collection of payment and follow up with potential client.
• To build strong relationship with client and handle / resolve client’s complaint.
• Maintain a good follow-up on the progress, documentation and contracts where applicable
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have at least bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related filed. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.

• Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing or related field, preferably in business consulting services sales environment.

• Strong communication skills both written and communication along with IT fluency.

• Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.

• Fluent in Bahasa English, Malaysia and Mandarin.

• Willing to learn and work independently with strong responsibility characters.

• Immediate availability is preferred
