Job Description

Recruitment & Planning Executive is responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1) Develop yearly manpower plan according to budget and manpower needs of all departments.

2) Identify recruitment channelsincluding job seeking portals, manpower supply agents, social network and public career fair ensuring ample talent pool supply.

3) Manage hiring process including sourcing of candidate, setting up of interview, compensation packages and document.

4) Manage internal vacancies, transfers and promotions creating a long-term career path for employees of all levels.

5) Update and formalizes job description for existing employees and new hires for job matching and performance management purposes.

6) Act as guardian for employees' personal files ensuring they remain updated and confidential.

7) Manage employees' personal documentation including probationary, confirmation, increment, and exit interview.

8) Develop and review recruitment policies and documents, communicating them to all departments for use.

9) Conduct exit interview to identify, control and reduce turnover.

10) Branding GBY to be the Most Preferred Employer in Malaysia.

11) Remain current with the laws, process and procedures related to recruiting and planning.

12) Any other relevant task as assigned by the Management.
