Duties and Responsibilities:
5.1 Sales and Operation Planning
Establish the Supply dashboard for JV and Repair families
Ensure the consistency with carbon planner
Analyze load / capacity For internal critical resources
Update related KPIs (OTD, Production Plan performance…)
5.2 Master Production Schedule
Elaborate and validate the Master Production Schedule
Suggest solutions and establish an action plan with other stakeholders in order to
o Ensure consistency the assumption taken in account for load and capacity analysis on MPS horizon (OLE, RTR, supplier OTD)
o Mitigate issues identified on MPS horizon (frozen and slushy period)
Establish and update MPS KPI (MPS adherence for MPS Part number, MPS conformity…)
Ensures communication and training of stakeholders on the MPS process.
5.3 Shopfloor Planning
Define the detail schedule to meet the MPS requirement
Revise schedules when necessary to take into consideration unforeseen changes.
Provides delivery dates and attends delivery meetings with sister sites
Closely monitor the production, identify the issues or risks affecting the deliveries to customer and sister sites and expedite when necessary.
Contribute to building a recovery plan when required and communicate on new proposed schedules
Run Load & Capacity analysis for the shop on the short term.
Work in collaboration with the Production team leaders in order to identify Capacity constraints, finite schedule bottlenecks when appropriate & assign priorities
Be responsible for the complete Repair file, from creation to APRS declaration
Schedule/monitor production progress, covering operations made internally as well as operations offloaded externally.
Ensure the availability of Components to support the Plan.
Coordinate the resolution of Work Order shortages
Issue the Work Order related paperwork to the Shop.
Control the completion of the works orders in the ERP and technically complete them
Liaise with Quality regarding non-conformances and maintain work order schedules accordingly.
Follow-up on NCR’s impacting delivery & raise rework orders as required.
Ensure Materials planning data parameters are correct (order policies, safety stock level, make/buy, lead-times for manufactured parts).
5.4 Others
Adhere and actively participate in occupational safety, health and environmental policies, procedures and activities such as U-See U-Act, GPI, etc.
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
Strong computer skills that include Microsoft Office and other traceability/visual planning software.
SAP experience in Sales Distribution and Material Management function preferred.
Candidate with CPIM or BASICS certifications are strongly preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills of English language.
Able to work with databases and PowerBI, prepare reports and communicate with other employees, staff and customers regarding potential problems and schedule or production changes.
Self-disciplined and self-motivated. Have the ability to comprehend the extensive production operations and schedules.
Willing to work long hours.
Candidate with management and organizational skills is an added value.
