PROJECT/TOWNSHIP PLANNER [JOHOR BAHRU]
Job Description and Responsibilities
Check all drawings for consistency and in accordance to consultants and contractual specifications, good engineering practices, relevant statutory acts, authority regulations and guidelines.
Coordinate the design and planning work with consultants. Highlight discrepancies to consultants for actions to minimize construction errors.
Formulate, implement and review all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system
Coordinate and follow up with authorities and consultants with regards to design, engineering, construction, approval and operations matters.
Prepare project budget and cash flow projection to determine the feasibility of a project.
Work closely with sales & marketing department to come up with developments concepts and suitable products for launch, SPA drawings and marketing brochures
Study and comment on the plans in regard of technical aspect, innovative elements and project budget.
Guide and motivate the project team to achieve corporate goals and ensure successful completion of projects.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor Degree in C&S/Architecture/Building or equivalent
Well versed in regulatory requirements & interaction/liaison with government authorities
Familiar with GBI quality requirements is an added advantage
Excellent leadership and communication skills
High level of efficiency and accuracy.
Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
