Job Detail

Responsibilities:

• To supervise and drive QA/QC team for improvement.
• Manpower control and planning.
• To plan and delegate of inspection job and any of IQC/SQE activities.
• To provide technical guidance and specification.
• To perform failure analysis; liaise with process/supplier/sub-con for corrective and preventive action
• To perform and follow up supplier audit.
• Upgrading quality control standard by implementing of improved work method
• To do making of procedure, specification and work instruction.
• Any ad hoc assignment where reasonable and lawful assigned to you from time to time.

• Able to monitor entire company quality procedure, objective, process flow Experience in plastic injection moulding
• Able to communicate and coordinate between productions, sub-con and Customer Service Engineer.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
