Job Description:

1) Delivery Note creation, complete with required Header text information – Daily and monthly closing are critical activities to support logistics and Plant processing. Requires interaction with Project Managers and accuracy.

2) Sales Order creation for Aftermarket and Services SO / CCSTO.

3) Creation of Scrap invoices (required on the day) for related vendors.

4) Sales views extension and set-up of Interco/SUB-Con/RTV part number in system.

5) Engineering revision documents handling and reporting.

6) Download reports from systems based on the required frequency

7) Follow up on residue components with Material and Production Planners

8) Provide weekly balance to PTS update

9) Backup on NOI (Notice of Inspection) Management for supply chain dept

10) Prepare shop packet to support work execution in operation department.

11) Ad-Hoc reporting support as needed by Group Manager

12) Administer office supplies/ stationery/ pantry for the Dept

13) HSE submission (RIR & OI) and OTC compliance as part of the company KPI.

Requirement:

1. Go getter with strong communications skills.

2. Willing and able to work in a team and reflect good interpersonal skills.

3. Well organized person and able to perform routine work.

4. Knowledgeable in MS office application tool. SAP is an added advantage.

Education: Diploma in any related field of study.

Work Hours – 8:00am to 5:00pm
