Job Descriptions:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must have excellent computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & other programmes.
  • Willing to travel / work on weekends / work after office hours as requested by Directors. **Replacement off-days will be given (in substitution for work on weekends / after office hours)
  • Must have good personality and attitude. Able to work independently, versatile and able to multi-task.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to perform full range of secretarial / administrative duties and personal assistant to Directors
  • Organise meetings, appointments, coordinate business schedules, company events, travel arrangements for Director
  • Organise and manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion, correspondences, records and maintain and organise filing for smooth data retrieval.
  • Must have high level of integrity, self motivation, is proactive, willing & able to work independently and with others as part of a team.
  • Must be attentive to details, positive thinker with multi-tasking abilities.
  • To be amiable, professional & approachable at all times
  • To undertake any other tasks / assisgments assigned by the Director from time to time.
