SALES & PROJECT ENGINEER [SKUDAI]
Sustaining of existing customer key accounts and maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximize sales opportunities.
Developing new business opportunities.
Establish, maintain and develop positive business relationship with clients.
Gathering market and client information.
Analyze the territory and market potential, track sales and status, and provide feedback on future buying trends.
Representing organization at sales and demonstrations.
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through direct sales channel.
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients.
Develop new business that related to Acolite group of products and services, follow up the customer project closely in term of cost, time and project status.
Act as key interface between client and all relevant functional department, provide solutions and ensure smooth sales process.
Monitor and follow the order until delivery of service or orders.
Dealing enquiry and schedule with key account client.
Produce costing documents, quotation to clients on time.
Coordinate the external scheduling for service/project works with clients.
Do a report with organization chart, potential work, feedback service and quality and sales follow-up.
Follow up on job status and completion and send the report, DO and invoice to client on time.
Follow up with the key account client on the outstanding payment.
Handle and attending annual DOSH inspection such as annual service with DOSH.
Education/knowledge : Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering, sales & marketing or related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, outlook.
Languages: Fluent in speaking and writing of English and Bahasa Melayu.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in related field.
