Participate in setting standard costs, cost reduction or containment, where possible. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimum cost competitiveness.
Send weekly forecast and reschedule reports to suppliers
Issue PO when the system triggers to buy parts to ensure no parts shortages when needed
Ensure the date supplier commit meets the system request date
Follow up shipment to ensure parts receive on time and no delay
Participate in any special projects as & when assigned by Company
At least 5 years experience in Purchasing PCBA or plastic parts ( plastic injection modeling )
Good Knowledge and working experience with SAP/Microsoft Office
The ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferable.
