Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, target date and services with suppliers
Responsible for maintaining best purchase price and the highest level of quality, reliability and service from supplier
Develop purchasing plan and monitor its execution to meet timely delivery and inventory requirements
Monitor and ensure healthy stock level for a constant supply to project at all time
Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where
Ensures staff coordinates purchasing activities with engineering and manufacturing departments to maintain inventories at planned levels
Candidate with Certificate/Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, Materials, or Supply Chain Management role associated with manufacturing operations.
Experience with purchasing knowledge and skills in negotiations, vendor management.
Experience with ERP systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a dynamic and fast paced, changing environment and take initiative.
Working Hours:
a)  Working Schedule
  a) Probation Period   : 5.5 working days    Mon~Fri : 8.15am to 5.30pm 
                                                                           Sat           : 8.00am to 12.00pm
  a) After Confirmation : 5.5 working days    Mon~Fri : 8.15am to 5.45pm 
       (Alternate Saturday Off)                           Sat           : 8.00am to 12.00pm
