Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform payroll computation and ensure the timely & accuracy of payroll computation
    in accordance with company policies and legal compliance.
  • To provide support, advice & consultation/counselling to the employee on HR matters
    (performance, attendance & disciplinary obstacles).
  • To implement, impose and enforce HR Policies, Rules & Regulations and standard HR
    processes/procedures that aligns with the company People Strategy and business
  • To support the recruitment process in order to acquire the right candidate for the right
  • To facilitate employee performance management process in order to improve employees’
    productivity and engagement at work.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in HR Management, Psychology, Business
    Administration or any other business-related studies.
  • Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin
    speaking clients.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position and
    specialised in the logistics/transportation industry is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in labour law, statutory requirement, and HR best practices.
  • Good active listening, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Possess own transport (motorcar).
