· Window of contact with CQE and production for quality related matters
· Responsible for quality respond and request to customers
· Responsible for management of customer satisfaction, and corrective actions
· Maintain a positive rapport with and a good relationship with customer.
· Co-ordinate with internal QA team, production & engineering on customer quality requirements.
· To drive for upstream detection and process yield improvement.
· Handle and responds on quality issue for both internal and external on the containment, disposition
and recovery including the CA and PA.
· Ensure quality system are in place as per customer spec.
· Ensure customer projects success, meet their timeline and quality requirements.
