Job Detail

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. To perform visual and dimension inspection on all assembled  parts  during the assembly operation of the parts as according to the customer inspection plan.
2. To report to the non-conformance to the quality engineer or quality manager.
3. To raise the rejection notice of the non-conforming parts in the assembly area.
4. To inspect the 1^st piece sample inspection of the parts submitted from the assembly line.
5. To record the inspected data properly in the inspection checklists from time to time.
6. To report any discrepancy found on the record, document and engineering drawings to quality engineer or quality manager.
7. To perform filing of all inspection records monthly.
8. To perform tasks as assigned from the superior from time to time.
