PRODUCTION MANAGER [ CONTRACT MANUFACTURER / KULAI ]

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in logistics, engineering, supply chain or other related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing in packaging or electrical/electronics industry (Senior Exec/Managerial Role). Preferably in an automated manufacturing environment ,with high mix and high volume operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Power Point and Excel)
     Knowledge in Lean Management Systems/Tools will be an advantage
     Excellent in English language (as customer is US based)

 Familiar with most core process from operations, forecasting, planning, production to delivery

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Planning, Organizing & Managing of the Operation Team daily operation and readiness
  • Managing Company’s Supervisors & Operators in Production department
  • Manage and Schedule deployment of Operators
  • Ensure Production process is adhered strictly and on time delivery is met
  • Ensure product meets all quality specification set by customer.
  • Improve efficiency and service levels, minimize operating costs, and ensure that all works are performed in compliance with standard procedures and safety regulations. Meeting all external requirements such as ISO9001 QMS, Customer, Corporate, etc.
  • Must be able to manage project independently or with minimum supervision
  • Project implementation and management
  • Correspond with clients
  • Co-Leads cycle count activities with SCM team
  • Ensure compliance to FTM’s ISO9001/14001 and 27001 policies and standards
  • Ensure compliance to RBA policies and standards
  • Any other reasonable task assigned by superior or management

Others

  • Health & Fitness of candidate : Good and able to cope with fast moving operations
  • Language: Excellent in English ( as customer are US based)
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday (8.00am – 5.30pm)
  • Entitle to enroll into GHS And GPA program upon confirmation
