- Define Purchasing Strategy
- Optimize Commercial Supply Chain
- Define a Process for our Stock Management and Delivery Performance
- Optimize Shipping Costs and Lot Sizes
- Lead our Logistics Team
- Consulting our Product Brands Regarding Logistics Issues
