Job Description: 

  • Develop and manage the series of customer service training and coaching in Retail Outlet.
  • Visit outlets and provide feedback to management on the employees and work being carried out to satisfaction. 
  • Planning and recommend on ideas/concepts to improve Service Standards of the outlets.
  • Manage Voice of Customer compilation and handle customer complaint as and when required.
  • Outspoken and passionate in training and sharing.
  • Conduct relevant on job and new hires on board training.
  • Able to train soft skill(s), e.g selling techniques, mindset, motivation and upgrading as well.   
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.

Job Requirement: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): knowledge in training presentation and coaching. 
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Possess own transport as the position may require to travel inter outlet
