Responsibilities

  • Support marketing team in implementation of sales programs, attend to all matters pertaining to sales.
  • Monitor sales administrative works including sales submission, follow up with outstanding documents, payments, SPA signing, etc.
  • Operate IFCA system and key in sales.
  • Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close within stipulated period.
  • To prepare and update sales and admin reports such as agent daily appointment report, weekly defects reports, etc.
  • To coordinate with appointed agencies on sales booking and administrative support.
  • Responsible to service new and existing customer.
  • To provide support during company’s event or activities and any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Min SPM or diploma holder.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
  • Experience in property industry is an added advantage.
  • Well verse in oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
