FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE [ SENAI/ PRECAST INDUSTRY ]
Proactively carry out daily and regular building inspection as and when necessary. Prepare
post-defect liability period (“post-DLP”) defects/maintenance report and recommendation for
rectification of works.
Assist in sourcing for eligible suppliers/contractors for the determined rectification work
needed, monitor and review their services in our database on case by case/quarterly/yearly
basis to ensure its optimum performance at all time.
Work closely with sales & marketing/project/contract internal team for such rectification
work with work instruction/work order and work arrangement on site accordingly upon
Liaise and schedule with both customers and suppliers/contractors promptly for carrying out
defects repairing work.
Monitor and follow up promptly with suppliers/contractors’ post-DLP defects
rectification/maintenance progress work done status to ensure work completion on time.
Update report promptly for both internal and customers’ records and safe reference purpose.
Conduct inspection internally upon defect works done with suppliers/contractors and related
parties prior final inspection with customers for handing over.
Conduct final inspection together with customers and final defects/maintenance work done
report with official hand over and acknowledgement to wrap up the case.
Constantly perform building upkeep and conduct regular routines preventive maintenance
checking for all projects (under post-DLP).
Assist to respond and attend to customers’ complaints promptly on defects and building
maintenance as and when required.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least Degree or relevant in Management of Building Services, C&S
or M&E engineering.
Experience in Building/facilities management & maintenance is advantage.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience.
