  • Plan & implement sales & marketing activities to market and sell our property developments.
  •  Prepare sales & marketing materials and kits related to sales, promotion and advertisement of properties developed by the company.
  • Work as team for sales & marketing planning, sales launch activities and create new marketing strategies to suit current market trade.
  •  Implement measurements plans to ensure effective tracking of sales & marketing activities.
  • Attend & follow up promptly to customers’ enquiries/feedback and assist them in relation to any pre and post sales matters.
  • Prepare & submit any sales & marketing related documents, proposals or quotations for the sales & marketing process. 
  • Work closely with internal/external parties i.e. project/contract team, sales admin, lawyers, banks, customers, etc, and monitor closely of related sales & marketing activities for smooth process of work. 
  • Assist all matters concerning sales & marketing activities and compliance with the ISO standards. 
  • To build and maintain highly professional relationship with customers through on going and after sales communications. 
  • Provide high level of customer service and support.


Who are we looking for?
 Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Busines
Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management,
Building/ Construction Management or equivalent.
 Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Property/ Real Estate Development /Project
Management / Marketing or equivalent.
 Experience in commercial and/or industrial developments will be an added advantage.
 Fresh graduates or candidate with less experience are encourage to apply junior position.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic communication & writing skills including
English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
 Confident, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and responsive that able to communicate &
present well with any level of people and work as a team.
 Basic computer skills including Microsoft offices, email correspondences, internet browsers,
