Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide health advisory and solutions to meet the needs of the clients.
  2. Develop and deepen relationships of clients
  3. Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the compnay’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requiremnets
  4. Achieve sales targets while ensuring accurate and timely completion of the entire sales and medical advisory process.
  5. Responsible for maintaining a tasteful, welcoming, clean environment and to promote the centre’s services in a creative and successful manner.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to guests
  7. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards by the team;
  8. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  1. Diploma/Degree in health or science related fields
  2. Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  3. Min 3 years of marketing experience preferably in health & medical industry

Preferred Skills

  1. Good selling skills
  2. Able to develop strategies to deepen relationships with clients
  3. Independent, pleasant and dynamic personality

Additional Notes

  1. Willing to work irregular hours to complete events/seminars
  2. 5 days, Mon-Fri
